Here are some basics on the steps you need to take to join LinguaConnect followed by some general instructions for using the network.
1) In the top right of the page, click the "join" button and complete the form with the required information. This will take a few minutes. You will have to add a short biography. This can be edited and/or expanded later, if you wish.
2) You will receive a confirmation email to the address that you registered with. Follow the link in the email to complete your registration.
Note: You will not have full access to the site until your membership has been approve by site admin. This could take up to 24 hours. Thank you for your patience!
Customize your profile page - it's really helpful if you add some words indicating your professional interests. Single words are great. The system will use them as "tags" which means you can be found by other members who share your interests.

Peruse the groups - if you see a group that you'd like to join, click the "join" button located in the "Actions" block on the right side of the page.
